Zack is a writer, director, and cinematographer from the small town of Cool, California. He now lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he received an MFA in Writing and Directing from the graduate film program at NYU-Tisch School of the Arts

As a writer/director, his short film Hardbat screened at film festivals across the country, including the New Orleans, Hamptons International, and Woodstock Film Festivals. 

As a cinematographer, he has shot numerous short films, commercials, and web series, including the upcoming project The Adulterers, which premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. He is also a member of ICG IATSE Local 600 as a Camera Operator, shooting for television shows like High Maintenance (HBO) and Saturday Night Live (NBC).
